Joining the Greater Springfield Commercial Board of REALTORS® is the first step to real estate brokerage success. Your local GSCBOR membership provides access to industry trend information, local statistics, MLS, technology, training and important legislative updates, in addition to membership in the Missouri Association of REALTORS® (MR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Your designated broker must already be a member of GSCBOR to sponsor your membership application.
Provide documentation of your active real estate license and valid driver's license.
*If your license is active at the Missouri Real Estate Commission, under a qualifying broker that holds membership at GSCBOR, you have up to 30 days to join from your license active date.
Fill out the appropriate membership application form based on your membership type and situation.
Our membership team will review your application and guide you through the final steps of the process.
Once the application has been fully processed you will be billed the amount owed for your new membership. This can be paid HERE with the log in information that you were provided by the Membership team.
When required, you will need to take an Orientation Class along with New Member Code of Ethics Training which are provided free of charge, and must be taken within 60 days of joining the Association. You will receive all necessary registration details for orientation training via email after your application has been processed.
If you are a new agent joining Greater Springfield Commercial Board of REALTORS® or you are changing Associations and Greater Springfield Commercial Board of REALTORS® is your ONLY Association, fill out a primary application. This applies for REALTORS® and Appraisers.
GSCBOR ApplicationIf you are already a REALTOR® member of another Association and wish to add Greater Springfield Commercial Board of REALTORS® as a secondary membership, complete this application.
Secondary ApplicationLicensed appraisers who wish to join Greater Springfield Commercial Board of REALTORS® should complete the Appraiser membership application.
Appraiser ApplicationAffiliate membership is available to individuals and companies that provide services to the real estate industry. Join as an affiliate to network with REALTORS® and gain visibility in the commercial real estate community.
